Email and desktop Studio will tell owners if their channel is included. Uploads and comments are disabled during the lock. The announcement concerns certain spam violations, so a creator whose channel faces another type of enforcement should not assume this option applies.
What each response involves
TeamYouTube lists three choices. They lead to the same goal of keeping a channel, but differ sharply in what happens to its uploads.
